Nope, i rented a couple of adjoining spaces in a guarded 24 hour commercial garage, where i could park and retrieve the cars myself. But, that doesn't qualify as a "private" garage space for alot of the insurance companies. I wouldn't leave a car like that on the street, let alone park it overnite. In Brooklyn, it would have gotten some jazzed wheels, some cool stickers, and some serious tunes in notime.

Chubb is not cheap, but they did my first ferrari under a collector's policy, with no mileage cap. It was a 348- others wanted near 10k dollars a year to insure, cause i lived in Brooklyn at the time, and didn't have a garage in my house. (few brownstones do).Chubb insured for less than the insurance cost of my Volvo. I have also found that they don't around when it comes to sorting out claims. I have all my insurance with them now and the broker does tons of exotic cars, is a car and bike enthusiast himself.

I use State Farm and have an umbrella policy including property, 2 vehicles and flood (I live on a river) and am very happy with the multiple line discounts given by State Farm in North Jersey.

I use Allstate an pay 800/yr. I dont have the exact info in front of me but have the standard max. coverage with an umbrella policy. This is for an 88 Mondial. Im going to change to a speciality company as im sure i can do better here in Ct. Im thinking for N.J your rates might be
ballpark unfortunately.

Throughout the previous posts I've read about F- Chatters who combined all their vehicles under their home insurance and received a great discount.

Well, I live in NJ, which is why I pay so much for my insurance. However, currently I use Leland West for my F- insurance and I have been very happy with the premium I pay. Roughly $1300.00 /yr. I called a few insurance carriers to find out about the all inclusive home insurance + vehicles, but so far I have been unhappy with the price quotes or service.

Even if I stick with Leland West for my F-, can anyone give me some good advice or refer some insurance carriers who give multiple home/car discounts?

BTW, I use AIG right now for the other vehicles.

Thanks in advance.
