Second Ferrari for me. A decent 308 or 328 and the remaining amount for maintenance. |

If I had an extra $50K laying around (and had to spend it) I would be minus the 308 and add a very nice 355 in its place. |

I'm lost. Was your question whether to sink the money into your existing ferrari, by adding turbo charging, etc. versus buying an additional car ( or as appear to be in some of the responses here, dumping the existing car, taking the 50k and getting a better ferrari?). I wouldn't screw around with the existing car by hotrodding it. As to whether you should upgrade, it depends on what you have, and how much you'd love the next one. Its always been my feeling that you can only drive one at a time, so, as between two "average" ferraris (if there is such a thing) and one great one, i'd opt for the latter. But, you already said you have a great ferrari. So, I'm lost... |

I'm with Tillman, a vintage V12 is the way I would invest the $50K. The next step would really be a difficult one for me. |

Tough choice. Sell the 328, get a 355, which is what I've ALWAYS wanted. Or, um......keep saving so I can have both! |

Buy a Mondial T sypder, Black with Grey upholestry. With the market the way it is, you can probably get one for 50k, and now I've got a Ferrari with an extra 2 seats. |

I'd sell my existing F-car and get the one that I've been drooling over...a late 90's 355B. |

Third thought I'd get a ratty early euro 308GT4, strip the interior, paint it Rosso Dino with black wheels and sticky tires, and then buy as much track time as I could. It would be fun, and if I bent it it really wouldn't matter. |

Id either put it away for another better F-car and try and make some money off of investments or I would buy myself a GT4 or cheaper higher mileage 308 to beat the heck out of! |

agree with tillman. buy a cash producing asset and let it buy you an upgraded ferrari and then continue to send you checks after it is paid off. that or go to a strip club. |

I take that 50K and put down payments on 5 rent houses.... If limited to Fcars, I buy a vintage V12 like a 330 GT 2+2 |

A Ferrari with 50k to spare...? That extra 50 large would insure that Ferrari for me, for about a year or so...! Awesome...! |

I go with you, Ron. Or invest it---there are a lot of undervalued opportunities these days, IMO, and you just might score big enough to get that used Enzo or McLaren F1 to put in the garage in a year or two! Or, get one of these:

You have a great ferrari and you have an extra $50,000.. Do you take that money and turbo and dress it up, or do you pick up another Ferrari to have 2 F-cars at your home...... Just want to know what you guys/girls are made of.. I would go with the 2nd F-car in the Garage. ;) |
