Lawrence, mercury in fillings is part of the amalgam, not available as free mercury! I've been given to understand that the reason the foam insulation came off the shuttle fuel tank was because the Fed insisted on "environmentally friendly" propellants. (much the same as why our cars all get stone chips so easily!) I wonder if anyone contemplated the environmental disaster that resulted from whatever miniscule savings they achieved by restricting the methods used to lay that insulation? Mindless regulation, courtesy of big brother |

I have heard that Enzo the man considered all his 'street' cars as disposable, 1-3 year usefull life span, and was quite upset that people complained about problems in cars beyond their planned life spans.....don't know if this is true or not, or if true if it was a comment about the early original duel purpose cars. |

If the Enzo has Mercury devices in it, maybe Ford purchased Ferrari and we just don't know yet. |

That's our government at work, looking out for the environment. Yes, most motor vehicles will be disposed of at some point. This Enzo may be the exception, but all vehicles must comply with regulations. |

Hmm, they still use Merc in fillings, etc? I was under the impression that Merc poisoning was bad and not for human consumption? Sadly enough, most likely one of these beautiful cars will be destroyed due to careless driving which is why the need for the sticker. |
