Scott,

Best wishes on taking your car to the track - its tons of fun and you'll meet lots of people with the same interest. One good thing about LimeRock is that their runoff areas are pretty clear of guard rails in most areas - letting you do a little turf surfing before you come to a halt or get the car gathered up again. The Glen has lots of guard rail which is good for keeping a car on the track if it gets out of control but not good for the car. A mishap at the Glen is more likely to damage bodywork than one at LimeRock in MHO.

I cant do 170 mph at the Glen, I can see that for 1/2 second down the back straight at Pocono :-) and NASCAR turn 1 at Pocono is bloody Awesome!!!!!! 125mph at the apex and 140 mph at the exit. GD that Rocks

Pocono events? Why? That road course is one notch up from a parking lot gymkhana (not that there's anything wrong with that) and it quite possibly is the worst track in the Northeast.

I love italian cars but not at the highway robbery rates of the organizers (of the Italian Cars events). Who do they think they are charging in excess of 20 bucks a head admission for 12 year olds?

I'll drive Lime Rock and Watkins Glen FCA events and attend the Challenge Races at LimeRock (for free). Plenty of Italian Cars at a better venue.

You don't really need to pre-register. You can do it at the gate when you get there.

Les, nice meeting you Saturday. I'm bring my 360, should have GHL exhaust installed by then. Thinking Algar might be a good spot to meet for anyone local.

I can confirm. the FNA press car will be there, courtesy of Algar. Saw the car in Geneva. Think I'll save my money, or spend less on an F50. Just MHO.

I will be going. It's not necessary to "enter" your f-car in the judging, but there'll be lots there. I'll be bringing both my 550 (featured model this year) and my 275gts.

Hey Erik, you still grinning from ear to ear after the ride on Sunday?

I just received my registration packet for the Reading P.A. show....I know a few of the F-Chatters are going, it's my first one and I have a couple of questions........I'm about 8 hours away. I am planning on attending, but I'm not entering my 348 in any events.....I was wondering if some of you are going and not entering, will you be driving your F Cars down or just taking the "family sedan"....I'd love to drive the 348 but 8 hours is a long way, lots of miles, and I suppose it will stay parked most of the weekend......thoughts, advice??????
