Hello Fchaters, In my psych class our professor had us write a story that was in form of a police case. Their wasnt any real requirements, except that it be creative. It has little innuendos here and there in the story . Keep an eye out for some, theirs even a music innuendo as well, try to find it. Hope you enjoy the story, and tell me what you think of it. By the way, I wrote this like a year ago. If you hate it, just tell me The Modena Leo Acreage, David McEnery, Louis Chevrolet, Dr. Fernidad Porsche, Capt. Enzo Ferrari, and Jaime Torres are all rich and aristocratic businessmen, and have acquired their fortune through old and new money. All six of these men were traveling upon Capt. Ferraris ultra posh multi-million dollar yacht The Modena and were all taking in the spoils of life upon the ship February 18, 2001, and to conduct business in Australia. Yet the business trip in which they are anticipating soon becomes a business trip they wont soon forget, no matter how hard they try. That week they were going to pick up and rendezvous with a Mr. Serenade in Pachibel, Australia so that they could conduct some business upon The Modena concerning a major project called S7A. When questioned upon why they were going to pick up Mr. Serenade instead of conducting the meeting on the mainland. Mr. Chevrolet, Mr. McEnery, and Mr. Acreage adamantly agreed on that it was just a business proposition, and that they were going to give him (Mr. Pachibel) the royal treatment on The Modena, in essence to win him over. Capt. Ferrari and the rest of the group could only hope that the business trip would follow through as planned, and that they would reach an agreement with Mr. Pachibel on the project S7A, but little did they know it would not. The disastrous events that happened to the six men would forever change their lives, especially Mr. Torres and Dr. Porsche. The six men, the crew, and The Modena had unexpectedly got caught in a squall. Capt. Ferrari wanted desperately to give an S.O.S., but with mal functioning radio equipment the day before, the Captain could not do so and had no choice but to, ride the storm. Sadly the squall was so torrential the ship could not with stand the deadly storm, and The Modena capsized. The Captain now believes it to have been a huge surge of water forming a barrier like wave of water. With The Modena capsized, the crew could not abandon ship in time, but could they really stand a snowflakes chance in hell, no. The ship was quickly taking on water and the passengers tried to escape the dying clutches of The Modena, not any of the 5 survivors of the 37 crew can recall what really happened after the shipped had capsized. What is believed to have happened is that Capt. Ferrari, Mr. Acreage, Mr. McEnery, Mr. Chevrolet, and Dr. Porsche had some how had managed to stay together and find a way to keep from drowning in the storm. With Mr. Torres dead and the rest of the crew, that only left 5 survivors to fend for themselves on the disserted island of what they fittingly call Survivor Isle (had to put that). With Capt. Ferrari being well, a captain, it immediately created a hierarchy with in the small group, and with Dr. Porsche being second in command. Capt. Ferrari helped create an infrastructure with in the five-man group, and also helped construct various hunting weapons such as fishing spears, knives, etc, and luckily figured a way to make a fire through the ancient way of friction. With five mouths to feed, food was not the most abundant of resources and was especially hard to come by. This was due to the fact that many of the vegetation and wild life was foreign to them, and made it more difficult to know what was edible. Hunger also begins to also take its toll on the stability of the group causing resentment, and some hatred amongst the men. Mr. Acreage, and Mr. Chevrolet, noted that the tension between Mr. Ferrari and Dr. Porsche was getting very heightened. With verbal arguments of Dr. Porsche saying that he should be leading the group, and that Mr. Ferrari was leading them to death. More often then not, they would get into scuffles over the littlest of things, especially when it came to food and leadership. Dr. Porsche also talked of killing Capt. Ferrari to Mr. McEnery about how he should be the leader of the group, because he deemed himself to be more fit for the task. Unbeknownst to Dr. Porsche, Capt. Ferrari had his own ideas, and waiting for the opportune moment to follow them through. With three months passed, the tension was bursting at the seems between Dr. Porsche, and Capt. Ferrari, and Capt. Ferrari just about had enough of the good Doctors behavior towards him, and the rest of the group. So instead of allowing the Doctor to take the initiative, the Captain took it upon himself to make the first strike. It seems as though the Doctor had taken a walk late at night, due to the fact he could not go to sleep, Mr. Acreage, and Mr. Chevrolet heard him ranting on about the Captain in his sleep, and they saw him awake from his sleeping area. Mr. Acreage and Mr. Chevrolet took nothing of his movements after that, and soon went back to their unconscious abyss. Although about 30 minutes later the Captain awakes and heads towards the direction of Dr. Porsche, this is known because Mr. McEnery has sleep insomnia and saw the captain arise. With out his medication, poor Mr. McEnery was hopelessly awake almost all night every night. Mr. McEnery was intrigued by what the captain was going to do, so he decided to follow him. The sleep deprived Mr. McEnery clumsily followed him, yet surprisingly the captain did not notice his pursuer, nor did the doctor. The captain finally caught up with the doctor, and is assumed that he hid in the bushes along the beachfront; the doctor was facing towards the sea and looking up at the stars. It is also assumed and safe to say that the captain slowly and carefully crept towards the doctor, almost like a lioness stalking an Impala. At this point Mr. McEnery catches up with the captain and sees him come up from behind the doctor. The captain then wraps his left arm around the doctors neck, and he then uses his right hand to hold his left arm, in order to apply more pressure. He then uses his foot to take down the doctor to the sand by pushing the back of his knee inward, the doctor moves forward a few feet and goes down. Due to those few feet that the doctor has moved forward, his head is now in the water. While In the water the captain continues to apply more pressure and puts his left knee in the lower back of the doctors. The captain and the water in his face are now stifling the doctor, and he begins to thrash in the water with what little life he has left. Seconds go by and Mr. McEnery sees the doctors movements quickly fade the doctors body twitches once, then a second time, and then finally a third. Capt. Enzo Ferrari has just killed Dr. Fernidad Porsche. With the confession of Mr. David McEnery, we can now prosecute Capt. Enzo Ferrari and Mr. McEnery. Due to the fact that Mr. McEnery did not try to stop the actions of the captains assault and murder, he has been charged for manslaughter of the second degree. Mr. McEnery has now been sentenced to a term of 10 years in Bensko minimal security prison and is available for parole in 7 years. Capt. Ferrari has been charged for murder in the first degree and will not be available for parole. The captain will be serving out his 30-year sentence in Hicks correctional institute.
