Give Italian Legends in Houston a call. The owner is Ferda (Furda?), who used to be a mechanic for over 10 years at FOH. He's located off of I-10 West on Blalock (713-973-6602). He has to be pretty darn good; last time I was there he had a 355, F40, 348, a few TRs, as well as a Lambo waiting on work. I believe he's the only mechanic, and his knowledge is great. |

I know of somebody here in Austin. He used to be an engineer with Bob Norwood in Dallas. You can check out his website at www.moorespeed.com
He may know of someone. I also looked at that 348SS, but I am looking for a ts. Too much premium for that particular car. |

Eugene, ask FOH if there is someone else that they would recommend. I asked Ferrari of Dallas (owned by the same group) to do the same for me and they told me they preferred not to do inspections as they had been burned in the past. When I asked about others they would recommend they sent me to Norwoods in Dallas who did a fantastic job. KH |

Howdy! I am looking for a qualified Ferrari mechanic in Houston, Texas to perform a pre-sale inspection of a 1993 348TB SS. The guys at Ferrari of Houston seem to be o.k., but I am looking for an independent mechanic. This will be my first Ferrari. Thanks in advance for any responses.
