We have next weekend the Ferrari Days in Spa Francorchamps, Belgium. This is a 3 days event.

Hmmm..

Well, I think there should be FerrariDays events too :-) I still need to take my RT out to a VD event at some point.

I wish FCA, FNA or other group were as organized and popular like in the UK to support a series like this. It's been proposed to FNA many times to at least allow older Challenge cars, which brings more participants, which may bring more sponsorship interest, etc.

But hasn't happened yet.

Ps. Viper club welcomes Ferrari owners with open arms at their events. Unfortunately, at least in the Midwest, it's not quite reciprocated, :-(

No, in UK they do and that would be awesome if they did it here. Ferrari here in Texas talked the SCCA into a special ITF (Improved Touring Ferrari) class and it got 4-5 racers for about a year or so and then died out. Most of the Ferrari racers weren't experienced racers and all the SRX7's and ITC VW's were beating up on the Ferraris.

Do local groups do ferrari-only races? Viper guys have the "Viperdays" events, do the f-car groups have the same?

If so, what are the classes?

Thanks
James
