Yep, I had a 1980 308 gtsi that was yellow with a tan interior. Let me tell you it just stands out in a crowd. | ||

Wade, You didn't buy that car from a husband/wife photography group did you? The man who did our wedding photos had a 308 the year before I got married (he always loved my viper) but he sold it before we got married. I'm in SC. Just curious  James | ||

Yes yellow is a factory color on the 308, not many were painted yellow but it was definatley an option. My car was originally yellow then someone painted it silver and then red. I brought it back to yellow and there it is go to www.fortunemotors.com and check out the restoration page you will see it. Wade by the was the paint for that year was Glasurit Giallo FER 102 | ||

Was yellow ever a factory color for the 308? I've seen a few cars, one had the color changed from red to yellow on his site (happyisgood.com but I couldn't find his email), and one in the archives. I think it looks slick on the 308! James |
