Take a look at the Nussbaum Sprinter lift......around $3000. Best mid-rise scissors lift on the market with full undercar access. Diamond plate decking. Made in Germany. See http://www.ultimategarage.com/lifts.htm for photos. SD

Hello

I used to have a Mohawk HR-6, which is probably the best mid-rise scissors lift for the money...About $2,200 with the accessories now.

The construction and quality are first rate. I wouldn't recommend it if you're planning to spend a lot of time UNDER your car...It's great for brake/tire/suspension work, panel body work, polishing etc. Just be careful of the lifting points on a your Ferrari.

Nice lift but,

I have a low ceiling height (10 ft), also the width of the Fink is 118 " and it would not allow me to put two cars in my two car garage. This lift is simply too big and way overkill.

Thanks anyway, but I need something more "domesticated".

mobile car lift FHB3000

to lift cars, vans, off-road-vehicles at the chassis

Car lift with detachable travelling handle and 2 rollers, easy to move by one person. No fixing on the floor required. Universal use for repair and maintenance at the vehicle, indoors and outdoors. Comfortable working by optimum large lifting height giving best vision and free access to any part of the vehicle. There are no inconventient crossbars underneath the vehicle, doors can be opened at any lifting height. The lift is driven by a electro-hydraulic power unit, 2 hydraulic cylinders lifting the load arms up to a height of 1840 mm. The direct acting cylinders are totally covered and impervious to moisture, dirt and sand, with the minimum of wear and maintenance. Thus the lift can be used also for washing.

Check out the FHB3000 model. US dealer is in the Northeast somewhere.

Due to ceiling height restrictions in my garage I need to look at mid-rise (48") scissor lifts rather than 2 or 4 post lifts.

Does anyone have reccomendations and/or experience with the different ones out there? i.e. Bend-Pak, Mohawk, wheeltronic etc...???

Thanks

Jeff Davison
