The reason I asked is that after I purchased my F40, I noticed, depending on the publication, curb weights listed anywhere from 24xx to 2900lbs. ??????
Mark's coming in at 36 and change looks reasonable. Thanks again. |

I would believe the actual weights quoted in the thread.

I weighed my 512TR on the scales at Roebling Road racetrack a couple years ago on their scales with a full tank of gas. It came in at about 3,660lbs sans my weight. |

I believe the GVW on the 512TR is about 4300#. That is fully loaded max weight. |

You're better off trying to dig up some old car magazines, than relying on Ferrari published specs. They are unfortunately known for exaggerating their numbers on both sides of the equation.

Check out the FNA website www.ferrarina.com. They have specs on all street F-Cars. |
