You get a tour of the factory, if you're into that sort of thing. Ask about the pilota ferrari program as well--you get track instruction at Fiorano, where Schumi practices. And you don't risk your own car, they give you one. It's not cheap, but it's worth it (this is separate from European delivery).
After you take delivery of your Ferrari, you can tour around in it before dropping it off at a port--they handle the shipping of the car to the US for you.
So you can scream across autobahns or cruise the French/Italian rivieras, attend Le Mans or an F1 race, see the sights, sample the wines, and do it all in "style." Whatever your fancy (ahem)!
