Milan - I don't favor silver~ish cars, but the Grigio Alloy is entirely different and pictures, no matter how well you can photograph, cannot do justice to this color. Its got depth and the blue tint to it is just incredible. It would be my choice!

If everything goes well, my car will arrive in 7-10 months from now (I live in central Europe/Czech republic :), emerging market for Ferrari, they have to build their position first here :-)). This is the positive side, the negative is you can't see a lot of Ferraris (and options as well) on the streets, that's why I have those stupid questions.

Pictures speak louder than words...click on the link below...this site lists all 360 options, also if you click on the leather files (left side) The actual colors available (from the wooden box I described in my previous posting) are on display

Enjoy

Milan,
It was all the same colour blue leather....If you look in the options list of the car, there is an option to have the dash and steering wheel in matching leather.....Yes the carpet was dark blue.....

Ultimately, you can specify any color of leather you want...again, there is an option to match a customer supplied color sample (interior & exterior).....I suspect you could be waiting a while to do this, The car I saw used 'standard' Ferrari colors....It really was the pale blue stitching that made the car look spectacular...I don't know how familiar with the vehicle you are, but there is a lot of intricate stitch work...The pale color shows it of so beautifully.

I was thinking of ordering a 360 spider too. I went to Ferrari of Long Island about 5 months ago and was told by one of their sales people that I had to wait 3 YEARS to get th car. I figured by 2004 the 360 would be 5 years olds and the new F series would be around the corner so I decided to stay with my car for now until demand hopefully softens up and I could pick one up from the floor.

I like grigio alloy.

Go with what your heart tells you.

I think you can order your car today with a spoecific color and change your color as your car will not be build for another century, right?
just kidding! but serious you should ask your Ferrari dealer that he gives you a call when you car is 1/2 year before production and to pick your final color then. in the meantime look at all cars which ones you like best.

Jason,

If I uderstand correctly, the seats and door inserts were in dark blue, while the dashboard, steering wheel, rollbars and carpeting in even darker blue.
Am I right? That's my favorite combo, but I haven't seen in person yet :)

The nicest combo that I saw was with blue leather (daytona style seats) and the stiching throughout the car was in a pale blue silk, carpet was dark blue & the dash/steering was also blue......It was the pale blue stitching that 'made' the car, Oh, and the brake calipers were in silver....If you go to the dealer they should have a beautiful wooden box, that contains a sample of all the colours/leathers/stitching available....this should help you with your choice.....

I think it is a matter of taste but I would go with black or dark blue interior. I have seen Grigio Alloy with tan interior and thought it was a bad combination of colors. However, if you choose such a light color interior, be sure to specify black deviating carpeting. The tan floors get soiled pretty quickly.

I'm ordering a new 360 spider I'm thinking about Grigio alloy (silver with a blue tint) as a exterier color. I would like to hear your oppinion on this color. Which color of upholstery best fit the Grigio Alloy? Black/dark blue/tan?

Thank you
