I have been talking to them as well for a couple of issues and I have found them very helpful. Matt |

FNA made it possible for me to visit the factory. Very nice and helpful. As I arrived there a groub of Dutch F owners were there for the tour as well. Their leader was trying to bounce me off the tour thinking I'm just a lousy fan. At that time the factory F folks 'slapped' him on the wrist with the comment, that I'm a guest by FNA. That settled the issue immediately. FNA has a lot of clout there. The guy later came to me apologizing. It never felt better to be a F owner...

Good to hear. FNA has been really nice to me and my agents in our FC related discussions with FNA. |

I just called up FNA, found the phone number by the F-Chat search. I asked them if they had the phone number for Ferrari Italy because of the Challenge car I am importing from Europe. Not thinking they will be very helpfull since I am importing a non-US car, I was surprised. They offered me help and apologized that it will take a little longer from them to get back to me since the car was built for Europe and they have to request the data themselves. It would take till the end of the week to get all that info from them. They'll fax me the request for the built sheet and I am good to go for the importation. I am very pleasantly surprised.
