So you are going to sue the manufacturer of a car that is 25 years old, was undergoing a restoration by someone taking everything apart who did not appreciate that there may be fuel in fuel lines and that ones that are 25 years old may leak. I suppose that your argument will be that Ferrari had an obligation to design cars so that they could undergo a restoration 25 years after manufacture such that noone would get injured during the restoration.. I don't think that you will get much help from Ferrarichat members.

I am an attorney who is not sophisticated in cars or Ferrari's. I represent a client who was severely burned in a fire while restoring a 1976 Ferrari 308GTB. A claim is being made that gas leaked from a fuel return line. I am interested in learning a little about the emissions control system and fuel return line specifically, especially the size of that line and where I can get one.

Your reply is greatly appreciated. I can be reached at the above e-mail OR [email protected] or by phone (probably easiest) during the day at 516-433-3000 - ask for Jay. Thank you very much
