Thanks for the info........I guess the most important thing is that the service people do a good job........I don't care for the sales attitudes, but I'm there for service, not to make friends! :-)

I agree that the service people are very difficult to get a hold of. That being said, once you do speak to them (and yes, they are very bad about returning phone calls), they are invariably courteous and professional. My repairs were always done on time and done right. They also run their own flat bed service vehicle to pick up and return your car for a nominal fee.

The sales people were less of a plus IMO but they usually are! If they really believe you are serious they'll take the time but yes, they are stuck up. I always make it a point of wearing my duct tape repaired pants whenever I pick up my 550 and taking a stroll through their show room, making sure that the sales person that dissed me sees that I'm back.

philip - I have spent some time over at MAG and please remind me to tell you the longer version of my experiences dealing with MAG over a beer sometime. The somewhat shorter version is they are the only authorized Ferrari dealer in Ohio, with the closest other dealers being Chicago and Detroit. They also service a lot of different brands - AM, Porsche, Bentley, Lotus, Rolls Royce, Maserati, Ferrari, VW, Audi, etc. Combine these two factors and you can begin to understand why they act the way they do. The service guys are nice people, when you get a chance to talk to them, but very busy. Since I don't own a Ferrari, I have no direct personal experience with them servicing my car, but I have spent some time talking with them as I plan my first F-car purchase.

The MAG salesmen are another story all together! I am always amazed at how stuck up and uninformed some of the MAG salesmen are! I definately prefer going back to Chicago and talking to the guys at Continental Auto Sports or the guys at Ferrari of Lake Forest.
