I'm with you Rob, the 275 has my vote too. I was entranced at the FCA concours when all the 275's were driving to get their awards.

The first exposure I had that I remember was in a horrible Walter Matthau movie I saw on TV many years ago. He had a 275 he drove around Manhattan wearing a helmet, looking like an idiot. But the car was awesome! I seem to recall the first scene led you to believe there were doctors in surgery with the bleeping equipment and white scrubs, then the camera panned out and the "doctor" said, "you have carbon on the valves" and they showed the car.

Should we even be made to choose our favorite?

However, after seeing most of the classics in person at the FCA annual meet in Dallas, I've rethought my favorite...

It had been the 250 LM, I always loved how exotic mid-engined cars are and the 250 LM has gorgeous lines. However, for some reason, after seeing about a half-dozen 275's in person, I have really fallen in love with that car. It would be hard not to pick the 250 GTO, if you also love the 275, but between price and the 275 being a more refined "street" driver, then maybe my new favorite (or at least for this week) can someday be a reality that I will drive around 3,000 miles a year.
