Hi Marty, the shop software doesn't allow for a "trick" to calculate the discount automatically so the automatic confirmation that you got lists the normal price. You have been charged for list minus Fchat discount though as per my email. Best regards, Jack | ||

Hi patrick, I am working on a software trick so that all of the Fchat users will have a discount on the merchandise items. Don't know if I will succeed with that though. If you order merchandise now (so really the Merchandise articles, not brochures etc as I will run specials on those depending on stock levels) you will all get 10% discount on that if you mention "Fchat special" + your profile name in the comments box on the order form.
