I got 41 mails, all in categories i had apparently chosen in my profile. A cool feature, and it nicely replicates the functionality of the FerrariList, if that's what one wants. I don't, but I guess when I first signed up I checked these boxes in the profile, thinking I might want to get email in areas of the board I was more interested in. I unchecked the options, prefering the passive mode for getting my Ferrari Chat fix. | ||

I was playing with the settings and accidently activated an option for users (the one's with email notification selected) to receive an email everytime a message was posted. It was like this from about 5pm to 8:30pm CST. I'm very sorry to those that had their email box flooded. Just curious, for those that had this problem, how many emails did you receive? One for each message or just each new thread? |
