All new Ferraris US model (last 17 years at least) have the "meets California emissions" tag under the hood. The exception was the 1991 model year Testarossa, not originally legal for sale in California.

Not California specific,

They are built to meet the "50 State" requirements.

I was told that all new Ferraris sold in the United States are California cars, i.e. will pass California smog requirements. Does anyone know if this is correct? I live in California.
