PPI at another location.

Friends or not. If they missed a battery, What else did they miss.

I would have them replace the battery with an Optima orange top. The orange top has the reverse poles you need for a 348. Be nice but firm and FOA will make it right. Don't create a adversarial relationship because you want them as your friends in case something else goes wrong in the future. I suspect they just missed it while getting the car ready for delivery. I doubt FOA was worried about a $100 battery ! Anyone can make a mistake. As long as they stand by their product and make it right all should be well.

Have them pay for a full inspection to verify its condition. They've already been caught in one lie...

You do get a can of that run flat gunk. I was reading the label, and I was happy to see that the reccomended maximum speed was: 100MPH.

That's good news :-)

The 348 doesn't come with a jack? What do they expect you to use?

Dr.

on the undertray there should be four spots marked with a "U" that is where you jack the car, this info should be in the OM. There is no jack that comes with the car. Who is Manuel? Is he a mechanic? :-)

You could also try the tech forum.

Where do you find a jack for this thing, and also, where do you put it to lift the car??? I could not find anything in the Manuel.

Thanks again, gotta change the Battery and I need to get to it!!!
