Fully Automatic Antenna That Fits In LR?

I tried to melt it together but the joint wasn't strong enough and cable snapped apart again when the motor ran. Can this plastic cable be replaced? It has a toothed pigtail that often breaks in two. If you can pull the whole thing out and measure it, along with a brand name and model, they may be able to sell you a replacement.... just a thought. I had a hell of a time finding a replacement semi-automatic antenna for my 328, but they have them, including a nice one with a black mast and cap. I think they're universal. Today, I can hear the motor running but it would only go up/down a few inches. Instead of taking it apart and checking if one of the plastic gears is stripped, I wouldn't mind buying a new one if it's inexpensive. Who makes/sells a small automatic antenna that fits? (the standard universal is too big!)
