The first Ferrari that I bought was red/black. For my next one, I wanted something a little different. Here's my Rosso Rubino metallic (Ruby Red)QV.

Looking at John's (TR Heaven) comment dated May 13th, I would have to say that my favorite color would be Yellow. Even though my 360 is Red/Black. |

I've always liked black on all cars and especially f-cars. I think black really shows the lines of the car much better than any other color. It's harder to keep up but the contrast you get between the reflections and the black is just awesome.
black just hs more depth, IMO. |

Tommy, Your picture in your profile doesn't do your car justice, you really notice the metalic paint more in real life. I say keep it metalic black, it looks great and I don't think I have ever seen another one like it. Besides if you still want a red one then you have an excuse to buy one and keep'em both. I must admit my heart burns for red in the 308/328 series cars. To me black, grays an silvers always seem mysterious, menacing and muscular. Red makes me think flashy and energetic. White seems clean and classy as is Yellow but Yellow screams Look at me. Blue is actually my favorite color but yet I still am drawn to red 308/328 but I believe it has more to do with the fact that a red one was the first one I had ever seen. I fell in love with it and that is what I have wanted ever since. Steve, I love a Testarossa in white and I believe white was the first one I ever saw on Miami Vice. I think the white is a clean look that helps even out the bold styling of the Testarossa. Of course I like the other colors too. It is strange but for some reason I like Lamborghinis in black. Not sure where the first one I ever saw was but I bet it was black. (Maybe Cannonball Run, was it black?) Some cars do look better than others in certain colors but I can appreciate the beauty of a Ferrari in just about any color with the exception of a very few.

My current Ferrari is red but is going to be joined by a white Testarossa very soon.IMO, I think the Testarossa looks unbelievable in white. Amir, That looks like a nice color combo on your car and the interior is just gorgeous. Steve |

Mine's black metallic. I wanted red (of course) but this car was the right one for the right price at that time. I have spent the last 6 years saying that I am going to paint it red. I still haven't done it. I may never now that I know that this black metallic color was relatively rare for the 308's.

picked yellow, simply it was the best by far that I saw, the rest were all red ones but they were all pigs by comparison. |

Now that you mention it, I am yet to see another black Testarossa on the road. Another good reason to have it black. I guess it is true what they say: Once you go black, you can't never go back! LOL. |

I'm a bit of a non-conformist. Black was my first choice when I ordered my 360. Red, silver, titanium were popular for the car already and I didn't want to see a clone drive past me (even though 360 sightings are still rare). Below is a pic of me leaving Dr. Shelbee's house.

I'm into the "poster" or traditional colors. Just sold a Silver/Red S2000 and just bought a red/tan 348. But I tend to pick colors that really show off the lines of the car. To me blacks and whites do not do this very well. The reds do this well and the new silver/blues do too. |

I've had Rick-in-Oklahoma's silver 308GTB as my desktop wallpaper for a long time. When I started looking, I was looking for something similar. I found a grigio 328 locally that checked out, and discovered that I really liked that color. It's low key and classy, but really brings the lines of the car out. When we pick up a 348 in a few years, it will be yellow or black. |

I like the TR in most colors, but IMHO Black really expresses and highlights the awesome design of this car. |

355spiderman: That is one stunning color combo. The interior really sets off the car. On my next car I want to try and do something different with the Red/Tan interior combo keeping the red outside. |

Since this was my first Ferrari i thought i would have to get the Red/tan combo but for some reason the rosso corsa on the Berlinetta does not look to good IMHO. So oneday I saw this beutiful "other red/tan combo which was a Rosso Barcheta with creama leather. I fell in love with that color and knew of I ever went to a Ferrari event my 355 would stand out from the Rosso Corsa...Here is a pic ...

I bought the least expensive lowest milage car I could find. It just happened to be red. A few years later I bought the least expensive oldest car I could find. It just happened to be silver and white. |

I bought my 308 in silver and it looked ok, but just did not have THE look. So I just recently changed it to yellow...and WOW what a difference. I can't believe it is the same car. The only problem was the factory 14" wheels..they looked fine when it was silver, but looked awful when the car was yellow. So I bought a set of 16" factory QV wheels and restored them...Now the car looks more modern and really stands out. |

There was never a question. Searched for over a year-and-a-half for an '88-'89 Giallo 328GTS. I had always wanted a yellow Ferrari; I think the 328(and many other models, of course) looks best in that color. Glad I was patient.

The Hunter Green that I wanted was already sold, so I went to the Purple. Just kidding of course! The Red/Tan 355 Spider I found was the cleaner than a 1997 Black/Tan that I narrowed it down to. Cheers. |

Red doesnt look as good on the newer cars as it did on the older cars. I'm a big fan of the titanium silver on all current models. The maranello looks good in the TDF blue color, and also the dark blue. The 360 looks nice (and very flashy) in yellow. |

Obviously red is the traditional color, but it's what I like best. Second would be black, but I tend to be mainstream when it comes to things like this. |
