I have upgraded to Porterfield pads & rotors which is a small upgrade, obviously not big enough. Over the winter I will add some 355 Challenge type brakes & better ventilation. Then I'll start looking for 2:10: at the Glen |

That sounds like you had some good fun out there. Do you have special brakes or stock on your TR? What was the prob on the breaks? |

My goal this time was to get under 2:20:90 at the Glen. Well I obliterated that mark & posted a fastest lap of 2:16:90 which even surprised me, guess that cool morning air helped since I could only get 2:18s in the afternoon. I was trying to catch my friend Michel's 355 Challenge but there was always too much traffic. Last session I had a fun session chasing down a Corvette Z06, I was behind him for about 4 laps nose to tail. then I finally got by him & took off, a lap later I lost my brakes Alltogether a great time & a great end of season event. Now I go back down to Buenos Aires, Maybe I'll get that hot 150 hp 68 Ford Falcon racer out of storage & burn up the Autodromo de Buenos Aires on the off season up north |
