"But it doesn't even come close when it comes to pure raw emotion!!" You know, I really admire Prosche, great engines, great chassis, racing heritage, history, to whole shebang. Now if they could only make a car that looked good enough that I could stand to be inside..........driving......... |

Do people actually look for "value" in this stratospheric price range? Yes the Porsche will do all those things better! But it doesn't even come close when it comes to pure raw emotion!! |

I always find these comparisions funny - its like comparing an armani and brioni suit - neither one is a value in the true sense of the word and you can't really compare their relative values, you like and want one or the other or possibly both |

While German cars are almost always "better" than Italian cars, they lack that Italian pizzaz we all love. |

I prefer the 360 but I don't think you can just make a blanket claim that it is better. After all, the P-Turbo will be: Faster, Handle as well or better (track), stop quicker, be more reliable, AND you can buy a 355 with the money you save. Why do you think a 360 is better than a TT? More visceral, yes. But "better" -- I think this is the old Apples to Oranges |

Of course the 911TT is a better value than a 360. It has more power, is faster, seats four, more reliable, cheaper, has AWD, and probably a better dealer network. Ernesto |

as an owner of a 360 spider, i would never buy a 911 tt cab, but for the money it's a great car(the reg 911tt). it's faster than my car and that really bumbs me out. it's pains my to say this, but i think the 911 is a better value. |

I read in the latest Autoweek that Porsche is going to produce a Turbo Cabriolet. Autoweek said something like that it was going to be competition for the 360 spider. Personally, I can't see the comparision as the 360 spider is a much better car in my mind. The only plus I could see on the Porsche side is the price. What do you think? |
