Steve, It was the comment you left for me that made me get the CC system up and running sooner rather than latter!! Dave, We got there in the end! Thanks for you patience!! Jack, Paypal can either be a breeze or a real PIA. The latter is more common. I tend to find that certain countries outside the USA suffer more on acceptance of the account especially the far east!. That was another reason why we set up Credit Card transactions. We have customers and quite a few enquires from Thailand and Malaysia. Unfortunately Paypal does not support accounts in these countries. We had to get the customers to wire the funds into our bank account. Ok when it is for a quantity purchase but for the smaller amounts, it was uneconomical! I had one dispute with Paypal that took over 3 months to sort out! They were blaming the customer for having 2 accounts. As this was not their policy they froze both of the accounts!! I personally think Paypal is Ok for a few transactions on a limited scale, but when you are trying to give a worldwide service forget it!! If youre an Ebayer, you cant really survive without it! Paul That's good to hear given the grief I had with paypal when ordering your pedal set... and I already had a paypal account! It was well worth it though - pedals look superb and excellent service too - next day delivery. Well recommended to anyone! | ||

Hill Engineering Ferrari Parts Update I have had several requests from people who have emailed us to ask if we could let them know via the f-chat board regarding our online payment system. After many months of battling with Paypal to accept payment, the website has been updated and we are now fully up and running with a secure online credit card transaction process. (Visa, MasterCard etc.) Now when purchasing through the shopping cart there is an option if you want to pay by Credit Card or by Paypal. Thanks for everyones patience and understanding when they were using Paypal for the first time! It can be quite a long process in some countries.
