Hello Chaz, welcome here.
I have 8x17 and 9x17 Compomotive TS and they costed 1800 Euro from the Dutch importer, 2600 Euro with Bridgestone 215/45 and 245/40. But be careful what you order, because I ordered them with zero offset, and calculated that they would exact fit under the wheelarches, but when I got them, the fronts had 20mm offset and the rears -25mm offset (is much wider track). Instead of returning them I used the spacers I already had and it was the last push I needed to build a GTO lookalike from my 308. Not everybody will be prepared to do this, though...

Hi again guys, i was given different quotes for Compomotive wheels fron Shiltec Ferrari, from 8 x 17, 9x17 to the ones i chose which are 8x18 and 9x18 these are being supplied with tyres as well which are 225 and 255. I know 18inch 3 piece split rims are expensive any way and i do agree this was a high price, i think it is becourse Shiltec ferrari are a business therefore have to put extra on to make a profit on ordering and selling me the wheels. In highnsight if i was not so pissed off trying to find wheels for the F, i could have gone to Compomotive direct. The total cost of the package was 2800 and i had to pay 1400 deposit.Funny realy i was only going to spend a Grand originally.C

Chaz

welcome from another UK owner, but a word of warning.... I believe you are being seriously ripped off on those wheels, I have bought a number of sets of Compomotive wheels inc the 'F40 pattern' for various cars, I reckon the price should be around 300 a rim

for comparison here is a recent quote below, admittedly for 15" rims (which are a special order)

Compomotive can do an 8.5 x 15 and a 10.5 x 15 in the TS 3 piece style.

8.5x15 TS = 200.00 + VAT each
10.5x15 TS = 235.00 + VAT each

Are the prices you qouted inc tyres?, even so these should only be around another 500 or so all in

If it's not too late it's worth contacting George Polley Motorsport for the rims, give Steve a call

Hi Chaz,

Welcome on Fchat! It's good to have another 328 freak aboard. Please post some pics of your new wheels when you have them.

Welcome Chaz,

Good to see a fellow UK poster. Just thought I'd mention that we have Genuine Original 328 wheels in stock. For cars with ABS the price for a set is 1237.70 + VAT. These are of course 16" wheels. Delivery time is 1 day...!

Regards

Hello to you all, i am in the UK and have been veiwing your site for the last two months.I have a 89 328 gts and have had some real problems getting aftermarket wheels from so called wheel experts in shops,(very frustrating),any way i contacted a Derby based Ferrari specialist called Shiltech ferrari who said they would ring me back and they actually DID (blooby hell), anyway they have been VERY helpful and have orderd a set of 18inch Compomotive TS 3 piece wheels(like F40s), with 225 up front 255 rear, these should take four weeks for delevery( why four weeks i wonder becourse the company is about 50 miles from me). Has any one else tried this combination,Compomotive reckon they will fit straight on no probs and at nearly 3000 i would think so to ey! I have read ALL the archives and cannot find this type of 18inch wheel combination on any other 308/328 are there any?please give me feedback. Thanks guys.C
