The forums I run go by ip off the viewer. If the user has cleared the cookie, the ip shows up as a lurker with no name attached. An admin can or could then go and look to see who they match up to. At the bottom of the screen users can see those who are logged in. DrS  | ||

Here we go again, you know how many times we've had user state this and then everyone comes to the rescue and talks them into coming back. I won't even mention their names, but some of our best users and most active of today were the "Goodbyes" of yesterday. Pretty funny. I don't know about Bruno, but the one's in the past were related to taking things too seriously and not understanding the dynamics of an online community.
