You know, Bruno may have 'left' for reasons that have nothing to do with the site. Maybe his boss told him he shouldn't surf the net so much. Maybe he's been recruited by the CIA. We shouldn't flatter ourselves to think we're so important.

The bad news is Brunos departure. The good news is that Im arriving, therefore you get to substitute one paranoid Italian for another. Of course, if hes the real McCoy, he may just get pissed off enough by this post that he sticks around. :-)

Sorry Bruno, I couldnt resist.

Why would anyone get upset about anything said on this site? Just about everything said here is opinion anyway. Even if it is directly aimed at you, who cares, it's just someone elses view and basicaly meaningless!

Best!
Ben.

PS: Yeah, Brucie gets to type in CAPS all he wants. He's got special dispensation! Eventually, it will seem kind of natural. Actually, having never met the guy, I do fully belive he does infact yell each and every sentence he utters in real life for some reason. It would just sort of make all right with the world, you know?

No? you don't? Ok, yeah, I give, I've got an F-chat problem, and I CAN'T STOP!!!

Wayne, you are the king of research! That's a good pull from the archives from you.

However, we have no reason why he left, it may be something unrelated.

Has anyone felt they had a FC problem? You don't eat, you don't sleep, you dream FC? The wife hasn't been seen in days and your Ferrari hasn't even been driven! You feel like 10 minutes that goes by without FC is you're missing out on everything. Just say NO! My name is Rob and I have a FC problem.

I will say a lot of good threads get ignored by me as soon as they get off track I stop looking so if they do get back on track or someone ask me a question on it. It gets ignored. The forums I run go by ip off the viewer. If the user has cleared the cookie, the ip shows up as a lurker with no name attached. An admin can or could then go and look to see who they match up to.

At the bottom of the screen users can see those who are logged in.

Maybe Rob pissed him off when he had one of his admins remove some of the "processes that have been taking 75% of my servers memory for several weeks now." Maybe Bruno was part of the "processes". Or maybe he was turned off by the toilet seats and the direction F- chat was going towards.

I just know that I would be completely and utterly lost without F- Chat.

Bruce, Please learn to use the shift key.

I meant nothing by my comments. I do not know Bruno, and my comments were about other places but related by the similarity in the situation.

But, Bruno does sound like a child on the playground....."I am taking my f-car and going home, you made me mad but I wont tell you why or what you did."

(Heck, he sounds like on of my ex-girlfriends!!!)

Really? I can change people's username. I can't imagine it being that.

I would say it's something personal, but then again the way he worded it sounds like it was FC related. Who needs soap operas when we have FC!

I think its a great title. Could be sarcastic, or for real. Either way a giggle.

While I have no direct knowledge, it could be related to his choice of name, "Originalsinner". I suspect he has received a lot of negative comments about such a handle.

We see this alot at my other forums.

Most of the time it is people I would not care one way or the other if they did stay or not.

Just checked and Bruno hasn't received any private messages within past 7 days, except from a few asking why he's leaving I guess.

BTW, I can't view what people write each other in private messages, just the From and To and the Subject. They really are private.

I just checked Bruno's last 30 posts or so and he hasn't been involved with any flame wars or involved with any threads out of the ordinary. Now I'm curious.

Here we go again, you know how many times we've had user state this and then everyone comes to the rescue and talks them into coming back. I won't even mention their names, but some of our best users and most active of today were the "Goodbyes" of yesterday.

Pretty funny. I don't know about Bruno, but the one's in the past were related to taking things too seriously and not understanding the dynamics of an online community. What makes it 99% beautiful is also what makes it 1% a real pain in the ass.

Bruno,

Whats up? If its not worth mentioning its not necessary to leave, IMO!
