I drive my 83 gts qv everyday and everywhere and it is as reliable as my chevy pickup truck and a hell of a lot more fun....then the PU. 70,000 miles and going strong!!!!!!!!! |

If it has an engine and you maintain the car with repect and care it does drive every day.
My experience is that it wants to be driven every day! |

Sure they are dependable. The only problem is that the more you drive it, the faster those services come. While I don't use my 308 GTB as a daily, I bought a AAA membership just in case I needed a tow.
One thing to keep in mind though - make sure you have a second car. If there is a mechanical problem you can be down for a week or more waiting on parts. |

Can a 308GTB be used as a everyday driver? I've seen some still running stong with over 75,000 miles. (85 308GTBQV) I was just wondering because some of the asking prices are in the 18,000's. Depending on what work the car need$, will this be a reliable form of transportation? (Every other day driver) |
