Red is...! Got home late last night to find a big box by my door, sealed in black Bentley tape... "They're here, they're here...!" i gasped as i fumbled with my keys to open the door and get inside... Red had two models i've DESperate been seeking and, after a pleasant phone conversation on Monday, they were on their way... Normally, i like to buy my models in the store; finding them is so much fun, but these models were just never going to appear on the KB Toys shelves any time soon, so... i placed the box atop my table and cut the black tape... finally, i unfolded the flaps and swam through those little popcorn styrofoam bubble thingies to a cardboard divider; beneath the cardboar divider was two cars whose introduction into my collection would be instrumental... A 360 Challenge & :::gasp::: a 333 SP Presentation red. i was like a little kid on Christmas morning... 'The Shelf' continues to get crowded and these two newest additions add much flavor, bringing the 1:18 Ferrari total to: 16. Red, thank you very much, i really appreciate it... Red was very pleasant to speak with and i couldn't be happier... If i didn't leave my camera in Bird's car, i would've taken pictures; those will have to wait until next week... |
