I'm not so much looking for super high pressure, but where I am now, the pressure's so low I don't even get the volume of water for thorough rinsing. It really surprised me how little pressure I have. Thanks for any advice. Mark |

I only wash my Ferrari in very low pressure. Soap is only used if I was bad.

I love my pressure washer but you have to use the proper tip otherwise it will shoot sharp at a high pressure, and make sure your paint is in good condition without any major chips in it. It's great if your car is properly waxed and gets the dirt off without using any type of hand wiping. I'm using a 2400 PSI with a wide spray and it works very nice and it cleans the brake dust nicely, I wouldn't want to ever wash a car without one and it saves costly time too. |

Anyone have experience with any kind of pressure boosting pump to help with home car washing? I didn't realize how much pressure I had before moving, now I really miss it. Washing the cars without enough pressure is a real drag..... Thanks for any help. Since we're washing Ferraris can this be out of "off topic"?? Mark |
