Andy,
It is not F348, actually it is a Testarossa. I thought the picture was very cool, too.

Adrian,

You are so lucky to own 2 Ferraris.
Plz let me know, when you go to Autoforum.
Thanks

p.s few more pics...

That looks like a TR engine and subframe to me.

I'll bet the "special" part of the special order was to get paid in full before the roof had that hole cut in it. Some ideas sound better than they end up.

The best shot is the 348 drivetrain sitting behind the car. My fear of doing an engine out service on one of these cars just diminished a great deal.

Thanks for the shots Adrian. I hope the Dino has been behaving.

BJ, I don't know yet when the car will be ready. Waiting for the seller to finish his deal with Autoforum. Will let you know.

That's one ugly sunroof. They should fire the designer.

Adrian,

Personally, I know Louis at Autoforum. He is a very cool salesman. :-)

I agree on that the price of F355. If everything goes well, I will get one soon. If not, I will wait until I can afford one.

Maybe we can get together and go see Louis @ autoforum. I haven't been there recently, so I guess it's time to go there and check those cars out. :-)

by the way, When are you going to pick up the car? Maybe I can meet you there then.

BJ, the 328 is at AutoForum. I think that's probably the one I'll get. The 355s are still pricey in Toronto, and will probably come down more significantly in a year or so. The 328 I am looking at is in very good shape. Had a PPI done by Lamborghini Canada, and it did well. The car drove really well, very tight and pulls like it has a whole lot more power that it actually does!
Call me if you want to get together in the next few days. I am waiting for the seller to finish his deal and accept my offer. If you want to see the car, call Autoforum and speak with Louis. Tell him I sent you. He has a nice 355 for sale, and if the 328 does not go through, I might try for that!

adrian low,

Which dealer (What time) are you going?
I love to see your car, 328, and F355. Those are all my dream cars, and actually I am looking for F355B too.

Dr. Shelbee,
>Have you met NIKA the Racerchicks there??
Does she have yellow 550 Maranello with TUBI?
If not, I don't know who she is. :-)

Vancooper,
>F40's weren't street legal in Canada?

It is the only street legal F40 in Canada, and the good news is that the owner of the F40 really drive it on the street. (not just a garage queen) Personally, I haven't seen one on street, but that is what I've told by sales manager. By the way the sales manager, Larry Leonard, is very cool. Every time I go there, he let me take a look at the service dept. :-):-)

Looks like the F40 has Ontario plates but I heard somewhere that F40's weren't street legal in Canada?

Nice pics and nice combo on that Yellow Modena!

Handy tip, Jim. Now I've got to figure out how you get a modena to 200 ;) But it's a work in progress. The marvels of modern technology! ;)

Don
Not at all. At speeds above 200 simply lower the windows and the sunroof removes itself...

Did i see it right? A sunroof with a shape of a Scuderia shield? ... Hmmm, that is very radical.

Wait, so the sunroof has to be manually removed? Kind of pointless...

Bright yellow cars are kinda like fat chicks and mopeds: They are fun to drive UNTIL ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS SEE YOU!

Just kidding.

I went to FofO yesterday, and saw great cars such as F40, nice equiped F360, and etc.

I will post more pics later today.

Here are the pics of F360 Modena. Notice the yellow interior and sunroof. Maybe picture don't show it very well, however if you see it in person, you will definitely love it. The dealer said, it was special ordere.

Enjoy!
