Welcome aboard...There are many number nuts in this community, so I'm sure someone could help you out on the lost Lamborghini.

Welcome Michael...I think you have the right idea about the board--lots of good people with a great wealth of knowledge, passion, and the desire to share it. Hope to see you around.

A tip for you...I am not sure if you've become familiarized with the "search" function at the bottom of the page, but there are pages and pages of great discussions from the archives you can search for immediate answers to your questions/curiousity on almost anything you can imagine. I use it quite often and find it very helpful.

Hi,
I came across this board a week or two ago while searching for Competition Daytona Engine Sounds on Google. I read through a bunch of posts over the next few days and finally decided to join. I think your site is great - and as you guys say it really is a "community". Here in Rhode Island, there are many people with Ferraris, I know a few of them, but as far as them being "social" or club event people or enthusiasts, forget it. Its sad when people don't have the passion to go with the car. Anyway, I just want to tell you a bit about myself. I love fast cars, I get it from my dad. If he hasn't owned it, he's driven it, period. He became involved in a dealership in the 1980's and it was there I saw Ferraris and Lamborghinis for the first time. I saw many cars growing up also, one of the cars I vividly remember was the 250 GTO owned by Chris Murray that was later auctioned by the IRS in the late 80's. I pretty much lost touch with the cars as the dealership closed in 1992. Now, since I have more free time I am able to attend many events and get back into the car scene. I go to Lime Rock and the MOT now at least 5 times a year. That's it for now, because I feel this is getting a bit long for my first post, so again just saying Hi to everyone at F-Chat. I look forward to being a member here. Oh and MOT Tutto Italiano is Sunday 06/01, but you all probably know that. I know I'll be there!
