Brian, At the end of the page they say that online booking was so popular that all places have been booked in two days. Its now not online anymore! Bad luck, I fear! Con saluti cordialissimi, Jens Haller |

Jens, Have you seen the links for that working? I saw that they added what look like should be links to an online sign-up... but I've never seen them working... just plain text. Has anyone seen those links working? Anyone signed up via the website? Brian

Nick, You can now book the courses via the Ferrari Owners Site. Dont need to ask the dealer anymore. Still VERY expensive! 6000 for two days as far as I remember. Con saluti cordialissimi, Jens Haller |

Track seat time in any form is always good; however, it doesn't always have to be expensive. You can go to your local SCCA or PCA track days for 1/10th the cost, yet get over 80% of the benefit in improved driving skills (which are generally a function of experience more than location or sophistication of instruction). Lastly, if it is a "basic" course, you may be beyond it already with the basic Porsche course - those guys actually know a bit about driving, too. |

Do a search on Mugello and Pilota on this site. There was a couple real good write-ups. I have been talking to my dealer about how I get into those courses... definitely on my list of to-do's. I want to do all three courses. HOWEVER, those courses are big-time EXPENSIVE. So, "worth it" will be highly subjective.

Has anyone taken the basic course held at the Mugello track? Is it worth attending? I have taken the basic Porsche course and wondering whether the Ferrari school has anything worthwhile to offer. |
