They seem to be nice and all but when I came back to pick up my car for the 30K it costed me 9 grand with supposed discount and they didn't save the old parts as I asked them to and my car was scratched all over the rear body of the car due to negligence and they forgot to put the freon back into the AC and it was summertime and I was pissed off to turn on the AC and only warm air blowing. It was not worth my time to drive down there vs. paying someone where I live to recharge it so you could say my experience was one of the most horrible one with them.

I'm not an F-car owner, but as a sniveling kid leaving countless nose-prints on the windows of FoSF, they've always been very polite and kind to me! (mechanics talking to me even after the rest of the place has closed, shooting the breeze about F-cars, etc.)

One thing is for sure, when it comes time in my life to buy a new Ferrari, you can be sure I will be buying it from FoSF!!!

Best!
Ben.

That's great to hear of a supportive dealership.

Matt & John are absolutely great guys. I've never been there with a problem that they didn't get fixed.

I went to FoSFO today to have them spin off the nut which holds on the flywheel on my 348. They were really busy, with F of Los gatos no longer being present and the testarossa recall, but they took a few minutes and helped me out.

Thanks Matt and John, class acts!!

BTW, great shop and saw a 348 with it's heart out. Neat!
