Ferrari of Jackson is still around - they just do service, typically no longer sell cars.

I live about 4 miles from there. Let me know & I can put you in touch with current folks. Really nice people.

Dr Ken, the kit car is on it's way to your front door. I bought it for your neighbour who thinks your 348 is a Fiero!!! LOL Just a joke man!
WHart, I'm just following your lead.

Adrian, at least you didn't get the 512 kit car. You had me worry for a while. Enjoy the drive!

I think adrian might quality for the most ferraris purchased in a short time by a previous non-owner. Congrats, adrian. The 89 is a terrific car. It is, in many ways, a more cohesive design than the 348, although the 348 certainly packs more punch. Enjoy, and give us a comparison of your experiences with the Dino. (Yes, Frank, i know, they're all Dinos...).

Congrats,
I'll watch for you on the road as I drive my GT4 regularly (now that it is running properly with good alignment and brakes thanks to Rocco.)

Well, I just did it. Found a mint, 1989 328 GTS red/tan with approx 20k miles. All service history including major done last summer. New tires all round for approx $50k US. Last owner had it from 1997. Was meticulous and fussy with the upkeep. Car was serviced at a well known exotic restorer callede Rock's Restoration. Jay Grande's second home. Owner traded up to a 1997 355 Spider in Grigio. Beautiful car.

Drove the car last week and was VERY surprised how strong it felt. Very tight, shifts well and all round a perfect daily driver for me...until I find a 348 Spider! Custom exhaust, test pipes no cats. Incredible growl!

Actually, this car was a difficult choice. I bought it more with my head than my heart. I find the 348s more appealing, but there was none I felt compelled to own. The 348 Spiders locally are priced too high, so I'll wait. In the meantime, I'll drive this little baby.
Will pick up the car tomorrow. Pics to follow.

WHart, next up a Boxer!!!
