If you used a credit card, you can refuse to pay when the bill comes. Non delivery of services promised.

Yeah, by warning others, you can get back to these people in a way. Also there's a sight, http://www.dnsrbl.com, which lists scam & dishonest sights. It also bans certain providers, too. Well, don't take my word for it, and y'all can check it out. It could be helpful.

Surfing around on the net for the 308 gtb and came across the theft recovery 328 gts with no
damage for $16.5K on cars.com. The ad states that
the car was recovered with no keys and no attempt
had been made to start it after recovery. I have
seen this company list cars on ebay (they go by
"autosource") and are based out of oklahoma.
The link on the cars.com listing takes me to a
webpage where you have to be registered user to
get the insider info on these insurance salvage
recovery vehicles and shows examples of flooded
and theft recovery exotics for low $. You have to
pay $10 to register so I did (should have known better) After I become a "member" I was allowed
access to links to insurance vehicle brokers similar
to the info on the where to buy salvaged ferraris
thread, but no 328 is shown. I start to get pissed and call the phone # on the cars.com ad and get a recorded message saying "go to the autosource website ect"
I will bet that the 328 in the photo was never for sale for 16.5k probably just bait for suckers like me!
