Patric Ottis. He is arguably one of the best nationwide, so easily the best in Berkeley (assuming this is Berkeley, CA). Nevertheless, I don't know if he does PPIs unless it's a client he knows. Try Mark Spencer at VeloceSpeedesign in Campbell too.
I live in the area. If you want I can give it a quick look, take some pictures, and ask some questions for you.

Scott. The old F of Sacramento is now Prestige Autohaus. Their # is: 925 937-5400. A really nice German family owns the business. Ask for Miki or Ben.
They are appx. 15 miles East of Berkely. If you are the buyer, they will find every single thing that the F-Car needs. Maybe great leverage when negotiating. |
