3 years?!? Poor thing... You probably should do one. 3 years is a long time to let any car sit idle. Wonder what the engine oil looks like...

My Mondial only clocked 6000km (or about 4000 miles) during the last 6 years by the last owner. After some serious overhaul, it now drives great and is quite quick.

Hi Tony, just to be safe I would just do the service...especially if you had not touched the car in 3 years. If your timing belt breaks, you will be VERY sorry you did not do that service. Just for your own piece of mind, do the 30k.

I have a 1989 328 gtsi that has been in storage
for 3 years it has 17,655 miles.I want to take
it out of storage and drive it through the
summer.Since the car has been sitting for 3 years
do I need to do 30,000 service.Your responce
would be appreciated.
