Nice to hear because I wouldn't mind getting to see the car around N.O. for a little while longer.
Jason,
Jim Spiro is an avid car enthusiast(he is quick to point out that he is not a collector!) who lives here in New Orleans. He has had such cars as a Daytona Spider, 512tr(I think), F-50, Shelby Daytona Coupe, and the 330TRi/LM among others.
The best part is that he drives all of his cars on a regular basis, rain or shine!
Additionally he owns Fantasy Motors(www.fantasy-motors.com) here also. |

Spiro doesn't tend to hold onto his cars for extended lenghts of time, so it is quite possible that he is letting it go.
Im sure Mr. Houghtaling will be able to clarify this. |

Phew...
I was wondering "why so soon!"
I saw an advert for the RM Auctions in August and it had his car on it. Kind of misleading.
I was so surprised I almost grabbed the magazine from the gentleman reading it! Thanks for the clarification James.
Does anyone know if he's bringing it to the Historic races?

Well it's the only one made, so I guess it is!
330TRI/LM Testarossa. RM Auctions is selling the sucker in the Monterey Historic weekend.
I wish I would've had the chance to get a close look at it before it's sold. I've heard Mr. Spiro drove the car quite a bit at events and such. I hope the new owner makes good use of the car as well.
