Congrats Adrian. Your 328 looks pristine. How did it handle the wet roads? Ron |

First thing I did when I woke up this morning was to go to the garage and look at the new baby. What a DIRTY MESS! Dirt spots all over, windows all messed up with streaks from my frantic wiping when it fogged up, wheels unrecgnizable...IT WAS GREAT!!! Of course, my first call today was from the dealer...found me a 348 Spider. I swear I'm gonna go bankrupt if this keeps up. Black/Tan. Owned by a GM car dealer, wants to move up to a 355 spider, but has to be exactly the same finish. Apparently he is afraid of his wife, and so he thinks if he got the same finish, she might not notice. Poor guy. Will take the car for a nice drive tomorrow if weather cooperates. Might even wash the car! |

Ryan the dealership is AutoForum. www.autoforum.com. Tazio, my windows were so fogged I didn't see ANYONE! My poor Dino is in the shop waiting for some TLC, so I HAD to do something...the 328 was calling my name. Bob, the car is MINT! Or at least it was before I drove it. The boys at the office were shocked that the car is 14 years old! Willis, only the driver side clamp was undone. I suspect the detailing company did it. Can't wait to drive it tomorrow, in the rain again! |

Yo Adrian! (I can't believe I just typed that) At least now you have one Ferrari in the garage to play with. I'm glad you got it home safe. Kinda weird that the dealer didn't snap the clamp on the roof panel. |

First of all and most importantly, Adrian, your 328 looks like it's in mint condition.... congrats!!! At least you have it home in the garage! Sorry if I offend any Bentley/Rolls owners here but those vehicles scream out "Excessive" to me... way over the top IMO. And the front end looks like a cattle guard it's so squared off and ugly. Again, just my opinion. But I sure like Adrian's new 328! |

Well, I decided not to p*ssy out so I went to get the car in the middle of very heavy rain. Almost felt like I was back in Singapore during the monsoon season! So I get in the car, all excited, fans blowing full, and wait for the traffic to let me on the road. Next thing I know, ALL the windows are COMPLETELY FOGGED!!! I couldn't see a thing! It was so bad, I would wipe all the glass down, and in 1 minute, they were fogging up again. That bloody AC compressor...forgot that it was the 1 thing that needed attention! F@&*k&*g Italian piece of cr%p, I was cursing. Pedestrians were definitely looking, they were laughing their asses off! Finally I got moving and thankfully in a few minutes, it was okay! I was NOT impressed! Once I hit the highway, everything was okay. Car runs REALLY well, only slight problem being the TORRENTIAL LEAK coming into the driver's side. WTF!!!The dealer had forgotten to snap the clamp on the Targa roof and I was getting an early bath. Ah well, at least I made a whole bunch of other motorists laugh, constantly wiping the seals, window and leather. Below are some pics, including some of the other cars they had at the showroom. Will take more in a couple of days once I dry out the ship.
My car
My car and what it would like to be when it grows up!
