I've been in May through to September and the Lake is warm (and clean) enough to swin in, there's also an outdoor pool if you fancy the chemical approach!

been going since a small child and last May took 40 other people there on our way down to Imola for a trackday, the service was fantastic including providing car washing facilities...important for us car nuts!!!

I stayed in Verenna back in 2001 (or was it 2000?). Wonderful little town on Lake Como.

Chris

2 things

try contacting Frederica Fredrici at the Factory, she organises the tours, if there's an english speaking (soory assumption made!) tour on the days you are there you may be able to tag along they did it for me a few years ago

for the Lakes
I would highly recommend you consider going to Lake Orta, stay at the Hotel Giardinetto in Pettenasco (about 2km from Orta) only a 3* hotel but lovely people and one of the best restaurants in Italy IMHO. It has to be one of the most beautiful settings in the world. Plus the whole area is unspoiled by tourism

In the morning take the lake taxi to Orta, take a boat ride to the Monastery on the Island and then return for lunch in the square

Lastly don't tell anybody about this place it's like a hidden Jewel!!!!

You must be a current Ferrari Owner. Contact your local dealer and fax them a copy of your vin. They will put in you touch with FNA to schedule a visit.

Did a search on the site and could not find the info. Couldn't find anything on the Ferrari owner's site either.

Will be in Milan for a few days and would like to drive down to Maranello to tour the Ferrari factory, does anyone know how to make an appointment to take the tour? On the same note, any info on the Lamborghini factory tour?

Any recommendations for a nice driving vacation around that area? I have 2 full days available. I was thinking about Lake Como which is a bit north.

Does anyone know if the factory take deposits directly for new cars?
