Ebay is such a joke... This guy is listed as a "PowerSeller"... According to Ebay, "PowerSellers" are the pillars of their community and have maintained a "98% positive feedback on sales". Looking at the guys feedback, it looks like it's pretty much ALL for buying stuff and a lot of it looks like it's for buying low ticket items. Suddenly a guy in the USA who has a history of buying CD's and Tshirts is selling $3M worth of cars in Europe???

How does Ebay let this crap go? It really bothers me that they put literally no effort at all into policing their auctions. They can at LEAST do a LITTLE research on SEVEN FIGURE auctions right? How much time would that take?

Yeah, real race cars always talk about parts. And what about the engine??? Newer cars never seem to include the engine. He never even mentions it. For a mil and a half, wouldn't a real buyer fly out to see the car?

That's exactly what I figured but you never know. I got suspicious also when I didn't see any pictures.

I call BS.

If you sell a car like this you are going to have to be prepared in posting results, list of spares, etc.

There is a gentleman in Europe who sells/collects these things though. Given some of his clientelle I highly doubt he'd put stuff up on ebay.

Cheers

Yeah, I was wondering about it too. He's actually got two F1 cars for sale. Funny that there's no pics...
