How do you know that it was Auto Gallery that made the "huge mistake" implying they got RID of Alan? Maybe he left for a better offer... |

I just found out that there has been a change at the service department there. Alan is no longer the service manager. I called to see about my pending appointment to which I was greeted by "Gary" who I found very unprofessional on the phone. I hope Alan ends up at another Ferrari service center or starts up his own shop. Alan is a tremendous asset to the ferrari community and the Auto Gallery made a HUGE mistake. I guess hard work and customer dedication is something that Auto Gallery does not want anymore. [email protected] |
