I went last year and it was a very nice event. It is probably one step below a major meet. I think there was about 75 Ferraris there. I showed my 328 among 12 other 328s. I plan on going again and its definitely worth the trip if you dont live too far from it. I drove 200 miles and was one of the furthest from the event. BTW his name is Pietro Castiglione and he has a 365 GT 2+2 |

Yes, it is a good event. Pietro Catiglione (or whatever his name is) is quite a character, and has some good connections; a couple years ago, sergio Scaglietti was there, along with some sincerely serious early 50's F cars that Sergio built. Oh, yeah, a 64 GTO a field full of 8's and 12's and that year, more BB in one place than i've seen, perhaps, ever. This year the car is, i think, the 275, so there should be some good ones there. I've shown a 355 gts f1 there, and a boxer i had. Its a pretty nice event, and there are alot of east coast F enthusiasts, and a few collectors, who show up with some fairly rare cars. enjoy. |

Has anyone attended the Reading Concours in the past? Is it a good event? How many cars usually show up? I'm thinking about going this year and would like to have some opinions from others who have been there. Did anyone show their cars? |
