The only thing that does not work well in my 328 is the AC. They filled it up already but no improvements on cold air. Does anybody have any solution? |

I have mentioned before that the A/C performs very good. It is the lack of turn over of air in the cockpit and the blower doesn't have the rpms or volume. Maybe the blower motors on later 308s, 328s are different and have more power than the older ones and may be able to install the later blowers in the older 308s. Any comments from someone who knows? |

My a/c doesn't work, and hasn't since I bought the car. If it gets too hot in the car, I just TAKE THE ROOF OFF!! that usually alleviates the problem.I've never liked convertables, but I do love my GTSi. |

Ken, I find my A/C adequate in my 308 but it could use more blower speed to re-circulate the air in the cockpit. My center vents run at 58 degrees on a 90degree day. |

Well if yours works Ken I think mine doesn't have an excuse as I too have hit those 95deg NJ days. Usually if I'm moving it would run at about 210, but if I stopped in traffic it would head for like 240. My radiator was kind of clogged and hoses were near shot, so this summer will be the true test, especially with the new Hayden fans. |

Today in NJ the temperature hit 95 degrees so I decided to try the A/C in my 1985 308 QV. To my surprise, the A/C kept the car nice and cool! The A/C was recharged with R12 Freon several months ago, but the system is totally stock. If other 308 owners find their A/C not up to par, I would recommend that you recharge your freon and to check for leaks. |
