Peter, he flew up from San Diego. Kind of funny, I sent him on his way to Monterey but he called three hours later and wondered how to get there from Mariposa. Either my directions were pretty bad or he was just having too good of a time on the drive. I think a little of both. I need to get the clutch done on the 348. It is going under the knife on August 1. I can't wait to get it done so I am more confident in it being ready for a run. There are a couple of other guys that I have made contact with in the valley. Mark has a very fine 87 328, and David has a 94 348 Spider. I think we can arrange a pretty nice run to Yosemite later in the summer. I want to wait for the major on mine to get done. Are you game for somewhere around Sept.1?

JScott..I should have my 308 on the road in about 4 weeks. Lets grab a few others and take a run to Yosemite. Is your buyer in the valley?

No rear shot :-) ?

It really does look great, unique... But once you drive your 348 you will forget all about it!

Well, my beloved 328 has a new papa as of tonight. I'm a little sad, he is very happy. Kind of like giving your daughter away. You may like the guy but he better treat her right! Congratulations to Mark on making the best purchase of your life. I know you won't be able to wipe that Ferrari smile off your face for many years. Enjoy. I guess I will just have to adjust to driving the 348 for a while. I will miss my beautiful 328 but believe she has a fine new home.Upload
