The 308 GT4 was a Bertone design!

Gt, the 308gtb was introduced for the 1976 model year, so the design went from 1976 to 1989

Patrick,
Yessss, the car is really very nice! Clean, classical and timeless design!

Bryan,
The Ferrari 308GT4 was the last production design not made by Pininfarina but by Bertone!
At least I strongly think so. :-)

Con saluti cordialissimi,

this question begs another one - what was the last F-car production body NOT designed by Pininfarina? the GT4? I'm not talking about one-offs but full production runs . . .

What about before the GT4? Scaglietti w/ the GTO?

Yep.. Pininfarina... and i agree.. one of the most beautiful car designs ever.... perhaps why its been around for 10+ (1992-2003) years with very little modifications... not many other cars could pull that off and still look as stunning as it did when it first appeared... correct me if i'm wrong but the famous 308 design started in '81 (even earlier if you include some styling details of the Dino.. the conical air side-scoop and the trailing sail panels) and lasting to 89 with the 328... myself, i end that design there... the 348 i find used a whole new blank sheet of paper...

will be hard design to top next year (according to rumors)

One of the most beautiful cars ever (though I think Ferrari/Pininfarina probally pened the top 5...)

Best!

It reminds me of a modern Daytona, with that long hood and classic rear end. V12 and 4 seats. It doesn't get any better than that.
