And yes. You have to keep the dream in front of you at all times. I had a room in every house, or apartment that I have ever lived in with models and posters. A constant reminder of what I want, and where I want to be.

About 18 years from the first time I knew what a Ferrari was. It has been a long road, but worth every step. I have been fortunate to meet some really nice people, and some not so nice people. It really is amazing that just because some guy in Italy wanted to race cars a long time ago, we are all like family with a common interest.

Congrats! Jeremy. Dream does COME TRUE as long as we don't give it up, right?
I am seriously in envy, because I am still waiting for my first Ferrari. How long did it take for you?

Handsome. And the overall shape is not very dated at all, when compared to its new siblings. Enjoy.

Thanks guys. It is truely a dream come true. I remember when I was 10 years old. I walked into my friends bedroom and saw a Ferrari poster. It was a Testarossa. I knew then that I had to have one!!! 18 years later....it just might happen. :-)

Contrats again Jeremy, thanks for the phone call. I can't wait to see it when it arrives. Have you called Alan yet? I'm sure he will get a kick out of your great news as well.

As I drove this car Saturday on the Utah FOC canyon drive it performed flawlessly and I was complimented by the 360 drivers as to how well the Mondial kept up with them.

I'll be jealous when Jeremy has it, I hate to see her go!

Signed,
The not so dreaded previous owner
Erik

PS
The interior picture below shows "twice baked" and my GT4 in front of the Mondial. This is a shameless plug to round up more parts for twice baked. http://www.ejentertainment.com/favorites.htm

I know you will enjoy, Ciao!

Jeremy,

Nice car! Colour fits the car well! If Mondial then only a cab! Great cruiser, family compatible and a Ferrari. What more could you want?
:-)
Welcome in the family!

I love my Mondial cab with the top down on a sunny day. The sweet sound of the engine singing in back. Mondials get a bad rap: too slow, 4 seater, etc, but most people who knock them have not experienced them.
Nice looking ride. Good luck.

Thanks Rob. I think I have a ways to go to match your enthusiasm for Ferrari. Let me know when you will be racing the 355C. I would really like to get to know that car a lot better. :-) The enduro was a lot of fun.

We may stop in Dallas on our way back. I have your cell number and will call to let you know.

Oh, forgot, I had the pleasure to ride in TomD's in Atlantic City. Great car! 3.2 power, top down, and golf clubs (or baby seat) in back.

Congrats Jeremy. That is so awesome. I know you are about as passionate about Ferrari as it comes. I've met Jeremy a couple times. He came all the way up from Houston to a live F1 watching party we had a few years ago and last December he was the crew chief for our 6 hour enduro car race. Awesome!

Hey Paul,

Don't get me wrong, I wanted a red one. But there is something about the metalic grey that catches your eye. It is a US model, and has just had its 60k service. According to the mechanic that has worked on it for the past 10 years, it is running like a top. I can't wait to drive her home the 1800 miles from SLC. {:-)}

Good going Jeremy!
Sharp looking car. Good to see another first time owner who resisted the urge to own a red one.
Is it a Euro model or US?
Hope you plan on coming to visit your LA friends in late October.

Congratulations! My 328 has the same engine as your car and when I accelerate the sound gives me goosebumps. With a convertible, it must be incredible! Best of luck and many happy miles!

WOW! What a beauty; such an elegant and striking color combo. That's my idea of a perfect Ferrari; you can share that incredible experience with 3 people at the same time! THAT will be my next Ferrari, unless Ferrari decides to chop the top off a 456!

CONGRATS!!

Thank you all. I will be posting pics from the delivery day. This will be a very fun car for those summer days. I will have to find some 16" wheels though. It has the 390's now with 50% life left. Project #1! :-)
