Also, I would guess that an alcantara dash would not have any glare, so that's another benefit |

Nick I think that would look very good. The dash I saw was black with red piping. Very beautiful. Best Jim |

How about alcantara dash and leather sport seat? Would they go well togeher? How about maintainence of the fabric? I am worried it would be difficult to remove stint on the seat. |

Was able to check one out. Pretty grippy (though leather "racing seats" aren't too bad for dual purpose either, IMO). Similar material to Challenge dash (alcantara?). Looks the part. Not sure there'll be a ton of options color-wise. Would be my choice in a Stradale. |

Brian I sat in one at the Ferrari dinner at the NY auto show. I thought it looked and felt great. Best |

Has anyone gotten a direct look (or feel) of the "high grip" fabric upholstery? I have the leather racing seats in my current 360... but am thinking about the "high grip" fabric for my Stradale... I am sure it won't look as nice, but I do track the car... and "high grip" sounds good! So, anyone actually feel the stuff? What's it like? How does it look?

No comment on the seatbelts, except that at least you get a choice where you're located, unlike the USA. The color in question is Rosso Scuderia, if I recall. Best Regards, Pino |

Nick You can use the 4 point. It's not that big of a deal. I drive my race cars on the street with a 5 point. In bumper to bumper HK tunnel traffic the 3P may be a bit more confortable. BTW the new F1 red is a bit orange. The 4p do seem racier. Best |

I am getting the new F1 red (forget the italian name). It looks like 3P seat belt is the choice. I am worried if that will go will with the racing fabric plus roll cage though as the four-point seat belt gives that extra racing atmosphere and goes well with the other interior items. |

Nick The one I saw had the fabric and looked very nice. (Black with red piping) I agree on the belts. On my race cars I have 5 point belts but on the street they are a bit restrictive. Best |

I have the carbon sports seats, Roll hoop and 4 point belts fitted to my 360. The belts and hoop were fitted after delivery and we retained the standard fitment 3 point belts as well. The 4 point belts are not very user friendly for road use. When belted in, you have limited movement which makes reversing difficult and altering the radio or A/C a stretch. The interior tends to get knocked about when you undo the belts and push them aside to get out. Moving the seat forward/backward is a little difficult as the belts go through the eyes in the seats and drag as the seat moves. If you have the shoulder pads on the belts, forget moving the seat without playing around with the pads. I tend to use the 3 point belts on the road as a result of the above. If you track your car a lot, go the 4 point belts. If not, stick to the 3 points! It is also worth noting that the roll hoop is poorly fitted from the factory. The rear firewall needs reinforcing where the hoop supports bolt on to it. Unfortunately the factory doesn't bother!! |

Get the leathr with carbon fibre seats with four or three point harness. I think the leather is nicer. |

I am ordering a 360 Stradale. SHould I get the racing fabric or leather and should I get four-point or three-point seat belt. I am not tracking the car but do like the look of the four-point seatbelt and racing fabric but worried about how difficult is it to maintain the fabric vs leather. Any suggestion?? |
