If I sell them both I don't know what I will get. She said I could have anything except an Airplane and another woman... That kind of limits my choices Bill |

Gawd, Jim E. you brought tears to my eyes. I'm still cracking up. "Sit Ubu, sit"... classic. Beautiful cars and dog. |

Bill, I understand what you are saying about the power of the 3.2. I have a 740i sport and it too will outrun the Mondial but the Mondial is plenty fast and I didn't really get it for racing type performance and it draws much more attention than the BMW (which draws no attention whatsoever). |

Bill, Congrats on your second purchase. Just like Ron, I too (Ron) am a bit curious to know why 2 Mondials.. Are you thinking of selling one. Just to let you know, I think the Red one looks like you took excellent care to detail. I beleive you now have 2 concours winners. |

Yes they are both cabs. I was not planning on getting a second one either but the T came up at a price I could not turn down. I had already decided to sell the red one because my wife did not like two things about it. No power steering and the top is kind of a pain. Additionally, the 3.2 is not really fast enough for me (my sedan - BMW 750IL will out run it). So I thought we both may like a T better than the 3.2. I am hoping that she likes the T otherwise I will probably have to get rid of both of them and get her a porsche. Bill |

Bill congrats on both cars. I also have a 3.2 cab (87) and am considering a 2nd Ferrari. Actually my wife says I have to sell the first if I get another one, but that is an argument yet to happen. I am just curious as to why you chose another Mondial. It appears as though it is another cab but I can't positively say from the picture. You already have a 4 seat convertible. Why not choose, say a 328 for about the same money and have two different examples and different driving options? Not being critical here at all, just curious considering that I may be in a similar situation coming up. Best, Ron |

I just got my black Mondial T I recently bought. I updated the picture on my profile if anyone want to check it out. I was surprised this won two 1st place concours in a regional FCA event. My red one is actually in better shape than the black one. I also found a number of little electrical things wrong with the black one. I guess that because the black one had 60K miles on it that must make up for alot of minor things in concours competition. I wish there was a concours competition closer to NC and I would enter the red one. It has 30K miles so it may get judged harder? Bill |
